Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We offer a variety of different options for our laundry service.
$1.97 a pound for weekly or bi-weekly service.
$2.09 a pound for as needed service.
$2.59 a pound for same day service.
$2.15 a pound for next day service.
Subscription Services:
$150 a month - up to 60 pounds
$300 a month - up to 90 pounds
$600 a month - up to 120 pounds
The minimum order for our by-the-pound service is $45.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less than two minutes.
Regular turnaround time is 48 hours, but we offer same day and next day options as well.
Any orders picked up on Friday will be returned on Monday.
You do not! When you place your order let us know in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions. Those preferences will be saved and referred to every time you place an order.
There is not! You can quit at any time but we know you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we will ask you for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We suggest you put your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that cinches closed.
If you are on a regular schedule and you have plans to be gone you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
